We launched in 2020 with a mission to provide high-quality, unique, and affordable framed canvas wall art — made in Europe and America — with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

2. Where are your products made?

All of our art pieces are crafted in Europe and America, ensuring premium quality materials, vibrant prints, and long-lasting durability.

3. Do you offer custom or personalised art?

Yes! We offer custom art so you can create a truly unique piece for your home or workspace. Simply visit the Custom Art section in our website header to place your order and upload your design or request.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods through Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.

5. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We aim to keep shipping rates affordable while ensuring your art arrives safely.

6. How long will delivery take?

  • UK: 3–7 business days

  • EU: 5–10 business days

  • USA & International: 7–15 business days
    Delivery times may vary due to customs or courier delays.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to the UK, EU, USA, and selected international destinations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us.

8. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

9. What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package, with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

10. Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Custom art orders are non-refundable unless defective.
