2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts.

  • Digital/downloadable products.


3. Return Process

  2. If approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


5. Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.


6. Late or Missing Refunds
